Exhibitor Information Pack

Your exhibitor information pack contains all vital information ahead of this year’s show - please ensure you read it thoroughly and make note of any key elements:

STAND BUILDS & POWER

If your stand is ordered with OSB Panels, Stand Builds will be managed internally by Husky Events. This will ensure your panels are in situ before your arrival. If you wish to brand your panels, please refer to the Exhibitor Information Pack on what can / can't be done with these.
All power is also managed by Husky Events and our approved contractors.

YOUR POWER ORDER WILL BE AS YOU ORDERED IT - WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT ORDERS, AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THIS WOULD ABLE TO BE RECTIFIED ON ARRIVAL.


IF IT IS DISCOVERED YOU HAVE INCORRECTLY ORDERED POWER, THERE WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IF THIS CAN BE FIXED.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE & RAMS

Public Liability (not to be confused with Employers Liability) Insurance, and Risk Assessments are required from all exhibitors for this show - this ensures you are legally covered for your operations during the festival weekend.

Please ensure we have received your PLI and RAMs no later than Friday 6th November - these must be sent directly to us via the link below. Failure to submit these will mean you will not be permitted on site.

If you require templates for the Risk Assessment, these can be downloaded directly from the HSE Website, which is found below.

Please ensure you complete this and it is relevant to your business.

DEADLINES

There are a number of deadlines for this years show. Please ensure you meet the following:

  • friday 16th october

    • additional order form completed and submitted

  • FRIDAY 6TH NOVEMBER

    • PLI & RAMS Submission

    • social media competitions completed

  • thursday 19th november: 9am - 5pm: all exhibitors stands must be built

  • monday 23rd november: 9am - 12pm: all exhibitors equipment must be fully derigged and off site
