Manchester Coffee Festival is the North's biggest coffee party, bringing together an eclectic mix of the best speciality coffee and hospitality brands. Mixed in with this, there are live competitions, talks and panel discussions, and live DJs.

There is limited on site parking at Bowlers Exhibition Centre which is dealt with by the site at a cost of £10 per day. For 2026, this will be operated by an ANPR and Pay By Phone system. Your ticket to Manchester Coffee Festival includes entry to the festival, a branded lanyard, and the opportunity to sample some of the UK and Europe’s best coffees and products.
Our exhibitors will be giving away free samples, lots of tasters, and the chance to purchase products that you will love! On top of that, you’ll be able to watch live competitions on our main stage, listen to headline talks and panel discussions, or just chill out to the sounds of the MCF Resident DJs.

Manchester Coffee Festival is for anyone and everyone! Whether you work in coffee, love a tasty brew, or intrigued about the speciality scene, MCF is for you.

On Friday 20th November we will have an industry & trade only session before the full weekend begins where we will welcome up to 5,000 of the local and wider community to join us at the festival.
